![]() If I understand you and Andrew correctly, I have 2 options for going local (apologies for the lenghty reply):ġ) the software inside the WiFi NTRIP master chip, can act as a caster as long as the rover can reach it via http(s) over public internet. Your answer was really helpful so thank you:-)! ![]() It would be nice if the base could also be an RTK client as well as a server (PPP post processing takes long). Will that degrade my accuracy? It would nearly take half a second for a message to get to rtk2go and then forward it to the rover In case of going the RTK2go route and setting the base as a server: ![]() – How did you survey in the base? PPP post processing or can the base also be an RTK client to a local base station (I have one in 15 km of my location) and, simultaneously, a caster for the rover? So double RTK sort of speak. In case of setting the base as a caster via WiFi: Using WiFi for the base and setting the base up as a caster would be the best option if I want to keep it local (as in keeping the traffic in the same country). I just checked and darn, my cell phone is behind CGNAT. Dynamic DNS is already setup and I luckily run my own FW.
